Its Important you know what to expect to make an informed decision so it won't cost you a thing.

Our focus is to get to know you, and to understand where we can help. We will ask you indepth questions about your lifestyle, work, exercise and medical history along with how well you sleep and your nutrition habits! We explore your Biometric and Mobility data, understand what motivates you, and discover your weaknesses.

1-2-1 Personal Coaching Sessions

We believe in education, and teaching our clients the science behind their exercise and session prescription.

So whether we are using a few variables of exercise such as range of motion, tempo or we are focusing more on mobility or anaerobic threshold, you'll learn how and why.

Learning how to exercise and the reasons why, and why it compliments your goals is essential for longevity and a lifetime of change.

Programming
Only

We understand that you might not have the time or availablity to spend time with one of our trainers and maybe experienced in the gym, but really want to move your fitness forward.

We offer programming only packages, which of course include full use of The Movement Personal Coaching App, where your sessions are updated week on week and full communication with one of our trainers at all times.

You Choose Your Training Space

Our gym is fabulous, but if its not for you, or your lifestyle leaves you short of time, or you don't yet have the confidence to make the big step into a gym, sessions can be completed at home, in the park, or even at your place of work.

Of course, all of your programming and sessions are created based on environment and equipment available, so you can be sure 100% you're getting the best results where ever you choose to exercise.

Fully Unique
To You

Every part of your jouney is bespoke to you. Everything discussed and identified in your consultation is used to produced the most specific type of training to assist in your unique goals.

We never use 'off the shelf' programming.

All of our sessions delivered follow an agenda, but are organic to your needs and even how you are feeling on that particular day.

Free
Gym Use

If you're training with us, use of the gym is free, there is no additional cost on top of your purchased packages with us.

You will require a gym membership if you wish to use the facility in your own time away from your trainer. Gym membership at London Southbank University is £27.99 a month, or you may wish to train elsewhere.

Weekly
Check-In

Staying accountable, and having a plan is crucial.

In your weekly check-in with your trainer you have the opportunity to assess how your week has been, and plan your sessions for the coming week with your trainer or solo sessions.

So you stay focused, and receive all the support you need. Every week.
