- Homework to do after each session, committing you to another 1 or 2 self led sessions in the week
- Individual programming where appropriate and required to maximise your time in the gym
- Video analysis of movements where appropriate and required

1 Session
For those who just need some guidence or assistance, or wish to have an assessment on their mobility or advice on how to move forward.

4 Sessions - £60 each
For those competent in the gym who need some support pursuing their specific goals. Can be used as an intensive 1 or 2 week block, where we can work together to establish your specific training principles, or simply working on your confidence in the gym.

8 Sessions - £55 each
Eight sessions is going to give you a good chance of estabilshing new habits with the support of your trainer. These can be used as 2 or 3 times a week, or spread it out with 1 session a week, and we work together for 8 weeks, but requires focus and attendance in the gym away from your purchased sessions.
You will build your vocabulary of exercises and movements and begin to understand the principles of training and be set to achieve your goals in the longer term.

12 Sessions - £50 each
Twelve sessions will see you fully commited to your own health and fitness goals.
You can use these as frequently as you like, as long as they're all used in 12 weeks.
Joining The Movement with 12 sessions will maximise your learning of all things gym, fitness and exercise with your trainer, and will give you the best opportunity to create a new lifestyle to improve performance and/or longevity for life.
£100 P/Month - Online/Remote Coaching
Whether you are an established gym goer, or high performance athlete and recognise the value and impact having a coach can have, Online coaching can give you the flexibilty to train as you need, with the expertise of a coach behind the scenes taking care of your programming and much more!
Online Coaching gives you:

- Weekly Check-in
- Individual programming based on your specific needs
- Weekly programme updates and progression
