'The Movement' operates on a pre-pay basis, where any sessions, or services delivered or created do so after full payment has been made.
'The Movement', while is able to provide a high standard of Personal Coaching based on your individual needs, cannot always guarantee results, or your desired outcome in the time frame you desire. I understand the results of any training programme or scheduled exercise are not guaranteed and my progress depends on my effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions.
Where packages, or a number of sessions are purchased, they must be used within a 3 month period from the date of purchase.
24 hours notice is required for sessions to be reschueduled or cancelled.
Refunds can only be offered once a service or sessions have been purchased at the descretion of The Movement.
Prices and Fees are subject to change at any time.
I understand that in the unlikely event that 'The Movement' cannot complete the sessions I have purchased, I can have a refund for any outstanding sessions or services already purchased.
All Personal Coaching sessions are 55 minutes in duration. Lost minutes due to lateness cannot be reimbursed.
It is expected that a suitable warm up and cool down is completed before and after your 1 hour session. Speak to your trainer if you require assistance with this.
I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain an injury while participating in exercise under the supervision of 'The Movement', I acknowledge that 'The Movement' is not responsible, except where injury was caused by the gross negligence or intentional act of 'The Movement',
I certify that the answers I have given to the PARq questions I was given, are true and to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform The Movement Personal Trainer of the conditions or changes in my health, now and on-going, which might affect my ability to exercise safely and with minimal risk of injury.
I understand that Jonathan Sparkes is a self-employed, independent, freelance Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, British Weightlifting Olympic Weightlifting Coach. I acknowledge that I am entering into a contract with 'The Movement'.
All services sessions should be paid to Jonathan Sparkes directly to their bank acount, or via PayPal, these details will be given when appropriate.
Where a monthly package is purchased a minimum term of 3 months applies.
Where appropriate, photos and videos may be taken during sessions and shared on social media platforms to promote the services provided by 'The Movement'. Please speak with your trainer if you do not wish for this to go ahead.
